Payment and Refund Policies

• Full Payment Requirement: Payment for services is due in full at the time of service. Pre-paid services and packages are subject to our cancellation and refund policies.
• Refunds and Cancellations: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment. Pre-paid packages are non-refundable, though unused credits may be applied to future services in line with our cancellation policies.
No-Show and Late Arrival Policies
• No-Show Policy: A $25 fee applies for missed appointments without prior notice. Clients must settle this fee before booking future appointments.
• Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened session or rescheduling, though full payment is still required. Clients are encouraged to arrive on time to ensure full service.
