Are there any membership fees?
No! The ZENA Beauty Bank is not a traditional membership with fees—every dollar you contribute goes directly toward aesthetic services at exclusive discounted rates. There are no hidden fees, and your funds never expire. Every contribution is yours to use on treatments like Botox, fillers, facials, HydraFacials, and more. What skincare products are eligible for the membership discount?
All skincare products available at ZENA Aesthetics & Wellness are eligible for membership discounts. We currently carry Alastin, Skin Therapeutic, and TiZO medical-grade skincare products.
Is there a limit on services that are eligible for the membership discount?
Your membership gives you access to the best pricing on all eligible services at ZENA, including Botox, Dysport, fillers, facials, and more. At this time, the membership discount applies only to aesthetic treatments and does not include medical or wellness services.
Can I combine my membership discount with promotions?
No, unless otherwise stated. However, members can use banked funds toward promotions, but discounts cannot be stacked—promotional pricing and membership discounts cannot be combined.
Is there a long-term commitment?
ZENA memberships require a 6-month commitment. After that, they continue on a month-to-month basis and can be canceled with 30 days’ written notice.
Is there a penalty for canceling my membership?
There is no penalty for canceling, but memberships require a 6-month commitment before cancellation.
Can banked funds be refunded?
No, banked funds are non-refundable. As long as your membership is active, banked funds can be used toward any eligible product or treatment with membership perks. If you cancel your membership, your banked funds remain available and can be redeemed at any time for products and services, but membership discounts will no longer apply. Banked funds never expire.
If I cancel my membership, do I lose the money in my membership account?
No. You can use the funds in your beauty bank for any product or treatment purchase at ZENA Aesthetics & Wellness. However, if you cancel your membership, you will no longer be eligible for membership discounts.
Can I share my membership perks with a friend?
Membership benefits are exclusive to the member. However, we allow members to purchase one treatment per year for a friend at their discounted rate. Note that the treatment’s value cannot exceed $300 before discounts. Reach out to our team to process a gifted purchase.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes. Members can freeze their membership after 4 months for up to 3 months per year. If you choose to freeze, you are still able to visit the clinic and use any banked dollars you have in your account, but you do not have access to membership discounts while your membership is frozen.
If I’m already on the existing ZENA Beauty Bank Membership, how does this affect me?
One of our team members will be reaching out to help transition you to one of the new membership tiers. You won’t lose any banked funds, and you’ll be able to enjoy the benefits of the updated membership system.
